The company is organized into a technical sphere, into departments and the Secretariat:
- In the technical sphere the following tasks are being performed: the operating, maintenance, the production of electrical energy and task in connection with the industrial safety. The task of the construction department are being performed by the employees of the Nova Gorica branch office of the company HSE Invest d.o.o..
- The departments in the company are the following: the accountancy department, the finance department, the sales department and the personnel department.
- In the secretariat the tasks regarding the management, administration and supervision of the legal and financial affairs, the development and the public relations are being performed.
The Company’s Bodies are the following:
- Supervisory Board
- General manager
The company is managed by Mr. Vladimir Gabrijelčič.
The Supervisory Board consists of:
